On Medium: Why God Can’t Help Us with Moral Choices

Here's an article about the fallacies of the theistic argument from morality, that only God can account for our objective moral obligations or for our deference to our conscience.

  1. ''But if we analyze what would make moral claims true in the theistic context, we discover a problem. God, after all, is supposed to be a person. So moral claims might be subjective after all, being based this time on God’s opinions or choices.''

But for them, god would be everything or everything would be him.

It is unclear among religious people whether god is like a person.
